As an AI Automation & Product Engineer, my work goes beyond individual automations. I design and build end-to-end systems involving AI agents, voice AI, LLM-powered applications, APIs, databases, CRM platforms, webhooks, and workflow automation - with a focus on creating reliable solutions that solve real business problems. Currently, I'm working at Newesters, where I build and integrate AI-driven systems across marketing, sales, and customer operations. My work includes voice AI agents, automated workflows, CRM integrations, payment and data flows, API integrations, and internal AI-powered applications. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from MLR Institute of Technology (2025), with a foundation in Python, Java, SQL, web development, and software engineering. I'm particularly interested in building practical AI products - systems where AI agents, automation, APIs, and business software work together, rather than AI being used as a standalone feature.
