Overview
The Retail Store CRM Platform was developed for Nutsome Bites to help retail businesses manage customer relationships more effectively. The platform combines AI-powered customer intelligence, WhatsApp automation, engagement tracking, and campaign management into a centralized solution that improves customer retention and business growth.
Problem
Retail businesses often struggle to maintain consistent communication with customers, track customer engagement, and execute personalized marketing campaigns. Most customer management activities were handled manually, resulting in missed opportunities, inefficient follow-ups, and low customer retention rates.
Solution
I developed a CRM platform powered by OpenAI API and n8n automation workflows that centralizes customer management and automates customer engagement processes. The platform uses AI-driven customer scoring, automated WhatsApp campaigns, and real-time analytics to help businesses make data-driven decisions and strengthen customer relationships.
Architecture
Customer data is collected and stored within the CRM platform. AI Agents analyze customer behavior, purchase history, spending patterns, and feedback. Intelligent customer scoring identifies high-value and at-risk customers. n8n workflows automate WhatsApp campaigns and loyalty messaging. Approval-based messaging workflows ensure controlled communication. Real-time dashboards provide engagement metrics and campaign performance insights.
Results
Automated customer engagement and retention workflows. Improved efficiency of WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Enabled intelligent customer segmentation through AI-powered scoring. Delivered real-time visibility into customer interactions and campaign performance. Reduced manual communication efforts while improving customer relationship management.
