Overview

TravelOps AI is an end-to-end AI-powered travel planning platform that helps users generate complete travel plans in minutes. The platform provides destination insights, weather analysis, budget estimation, hotel recommendations, attractions, activities, local food suggestions, and downloadable PDF reports through a seamless user experience.

Problem

Planning a trip requires users to search across multiple websites for destination information, hotels, activities, weather, and budgets. This process is time-consuming, fragmented, and often overwhelming. The goal of TravelOps AI was to simplify travel planning by bringing all travel information into a single AI-powered platform.

Solution

I developed a multi-agent AI system that automatically generates personalized travel plans based on natural language user inputs. The platform orchestrates multiple specialized agents to gather and process travel information, create detailed itineraries, estimate costs, and generate professional PDF travel reports that users can view and download instantly.

Architecture

The application uses a multi-agent architecture built on n8n workflow automation. User requests are processed through specialized AI agents responsible for destination insights, weather analysis, attractions, hotel recommendations, flight estimates, budgeting, and itinerary generation. The backend integrates multiple external APIs including OpenStreetMap, Weather APIs, and Country APIs. The generated data is transformed into a professional HTML report, converted into a PDF document, stored in cloud storage, and returned to the frontend built with Lovable. Architecture Flow: User Input → n8n Webhook → AI Agents → Data Processing → HTML Generation → PDF Generation → Cloud Storage → Frontend Response

Results

• Generates complete travel plans in under two minutes. • Automates the entire travel planning workflow from user input to PDF report generation. • Integrates 5+ external APIs for weather, geolocation, destination information, and recommendations. • Produces personalized itineraries, budget estimates, hotel recommendations, and travel insights with minimal user input. • Demonstrates practical implementation of Agentic AI, workflow automation, and multi-agent orchestration in a production-ready application.
